Recently bumped into an ABC report on the age of tires and how a brand new tire, max tread can actually be years old (due to the practice of retreading the tire for resale). From the report, it appears the US is one of only a handful of countries that don’t place expiration stamps upon their tires. The lobby responsible for this disinformation claims there is no need but most civilized countries around the world recognize the actual life of a tire is no more than six years. Not six years then slap on another tread. No, six years in total.

People have been buzzing about the iPhone since it was released by Apple last summer. Actually it was released precisely one year ago yesterday (Monday). Many people purchased the iPhone and seem to be happy but the sales figures don’t support the hyperbole. According to Apples’ own sales report, iPhone sales went down 20% in the last quarter. Interesting enough, RIM (Blackberry) sales have jumped a like percentage. Have people gotten over the gadget-shock?
With the release of iPhone G3, the device moves to a new level of sophistication. Gone are the slow network speeds and no GPS support....

Honestly, it has been a short three-months. School has raced by and it just seems like yesterday when the professors were all introducing themselves and providing the curriculum for the term. Seriously. Just like yesterday. Weird.
The class works has been good. I took two coding classes, one computer science class, and a business class. Each one was challenging in their own way.
